Accountant ( 10% -33%)

Aritec New Materials AG is looking for an experienced Part-Time Accountant to support the finance function at headquarters and across selected subsidiaries. The role is designed for a senior accounting professional seeking a flexible workload of 10%–30%.

Tasks

• Review AR/AP with the accountants of our subsidiaries on a weekly basis.

• Support preparation and follow-up of Swiss VAT declarations on a quarterly basis.

• Support HQ expense accounting and related reviews.

• Support periodic P&L review and financial analysis.

• Support selected German VAT declarations.

• Support with yearly book closing activities & Swiss tax declaration processes.

• Coordinate with external accountants, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

• Swiss accounting experience is absolutely required. Applications without Swiss accounting experience will not be considered.
