Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage account team and provide feedback.
- Monitor team performance and give guidance when needed.
- Experience or knowledge in timekeeping preferred
- Maintaining usable data, manning records and documents.
- Assist day-to-day operations and support managing clients account for operational activities.
- Identify employees and clients concerns and provide feedback as well as recommendation.
- Finalization of requisitions for site requirements such as employees’ uniform, PPE, Medicine, Company and other operational needs.
- Compile and update employees 201 files records with complete attachment of requirements, checklist, updated contract base on manning and latest payroll.
- Deal with employees request regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations.
- To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the top management from time to time.
