Qualifications

• 2-4 years of sales experience in a retail-like environment is required
• Demonstrated background in achieving and/or exceeding quotas is required
• Understands the key to building a relationship begins with listening rather than just going after the sale
• Friendly, optimistic, and positive in approach
• Ability to ask good questions
• Adept at follow-through through both email and phone
• Committed to growth and learning specifically as it relates to product knowledge
