Account Manager - Sewing And Textile Industry

We're looking for an experienced Account Manager with a background in the sewing or têxtile industry.
**What You'll Do**:
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and product questions professionally and efficiently
- Actively build relationships with potential clients and drive new sales opportunities
- Provide product recommendations and technical support related to sewing or têxtile products
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Represent our brand with passion and deep product knowledge
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management
- Previous experience in sewing, têxtile, garment manufacturing, or the industrial sewing industry
- Strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus!)
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Proactive, customer-focused, and goal-driven personality
