Job Description
As a primary responsibility, the Account Manager in Mexico develops and expands the automotive fastener and precision metal components business within the Mexican market.
This position is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets by building strong customer relationships and identifying strategic growth opportunities.
The role ensures excellent customer satisfaction through proactive communication, timely response to inquiries, and collaboration with internal departments such as Quality, Customer Service, Engineering, and Operations.
The Account Manager balances commercial growth objectives with profitability, market positioning, and long‑term strategic development in alignment with company goals.
Education
