Job Description
To be responsible for owning and expanding client relationship with customers to drive revenue growth, client satisfaction and long-term partnership with assigned accounts. Manages accounts with a typical size of 10-30M Portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Single point of accountability for the client, ensuring seamless delivery of services, cross‑ and upsell of IT solutions aligned to customer business objectives.
- Develop and execute multi‑year account plan aligned with customer priorities and industry trends.
- Responsible for Account Performance in terms of Revenue, Profitability, payment cycles and growth.
- Ensure high‑quality delivery of contracted services and solutions.
- Partner with delivery leadership to address risk, optimize performance and ensure client satisfaction.
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals and pricing discussions.
