Job Description

To be responsible for owning and expanding client relationship with customers to drive revenue growth, client satisfaction and long-term partnership with assigned accounts. Manages accounts with a typical size of 10-30M Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Single point of accountability for the client, ensuring seamless delivery of services, cross‑ and upsell of IT solutions aligned to customer business objectives.
  2. Develop and execute multi‑year account plan aligned with customer priorities and industry trends.
  3. Responsible for Account Performance in terms of Revenue, Profitability, payment cycles and growth.
  4. Ensure high‑quality delivery of contracted services and solutions.
  5. Partner with delivery leadership to address risk, optimize performance and ensure client satisfaction.
  6. Lead contract negotiations, renewals and pricing discussions.
