Account Manager (Production System)

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Execution & Pipeline Management: Drive end-to-end sales of Canon's production printing hardware, software solutions (PRISMA workflow management), and maintenance service contracts to new and existing accounts in Singapore.
• Target Segment Focus: Actively prospect, nurture, and close deals with commercial offset printers, digital print shops, quick-print service bureaus, and trade finishers.
• Consultative Solution Selling: Analyze clients' current print volumes, media flexibility needs, and operational bottlenecks. Build customized ROI models demonstrating how Canon solutions reduce total cost of ownership (TCO) and increase margins.
• Credit Management & Payment Collection: Take ownership of the financial health of assigned accounts. Partner with the Finance and Credit Control teams to ensure timely payment collection for capital hardware, click-charge billings, and maintenance cont...
