- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the company.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Identify client needs and work to address them effectively.
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in account management, sales, or customer service within IT
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver performance reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
