  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the company.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

  • Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in account management, sales, or customer service within IT
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver performance reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
