We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with assigned customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will be the primary point of contact for their customers, delivering on KYC360's account management objectives and acting as a trusted advisor. 
Your role will be critical in ensuring customers realise maximum value from KYC360 while contributing to the long-term growth, retention, and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Protect and grow the existing revenue base by taking ownership of customer relationships following the initial sales process.
Drive customer retention by encouraging longer-term contract commitments.
Identify and develop growth opportunities, including upselling, cross-selling, and recurring revenue expansion.
