Account Manager, Industries and IPP

The Opportunity

Key Account Management work focuses on medium-to-long-term planning and face-to-face selling of a variety of products, services and/or solutions across multiple lines of business for a defined group of existing clients. This includes developing medium-to-range sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with a defined group of existing customers, identifying and managing interactions to uncover cross‑up, up‑ and repeat sales opportunities, resolving problems and ensuring customers receive high-quality customer service.

As an individual contributor, the Account Manager leads all marketing and sales activities for the Malaysia region specifically Sabah & Sarawak, across the portfolio of Utilities, Industries, Independent Power Producer (IPP) & Service Business to ensure that Hitachi Energy substantially increases sales, margins, market share and customer satisfaction for the selected markets.
