Job Description
As an Account Manager at Idoven, you will own the post-sale relationship with our strategic clients — including pharma companies running clinical studies and medtech partners deploying our platform across hospital networks. Your goal is not to attend endless meetings; it is to make our clients self-sufficient, commercially successful, and deeply loyal.
Concretely, this means you will train and enable client sales forces so they can drive adoption within their own hospital networks, rather than Idoven doing it for them. You will be the trusted interface between Idoven and the client's commercial and clinical teams — understanding their business deeply and translating it into product priorities and success plans.
