Job Description
Account Manager Responsibilities
- Engage with senior executives of multinational corporations as well as mid‑sized companies in both the private and public sectors.
- Work closely with CEOs, board members, and management teams to develop and grow strategic client relationships.
- Act as a true product expert and the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with sales, development, and marketing teams.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with a portfolio of key clients.
- Manage contract renewals and ensure long‑term customer retention.
- Identify and act on upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to achieve targets.
- Act as a consultant on the product, supporting and guiding clients in their use of the solutions.
- Monitor KPIs related to business cases and product usage.
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum) with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
