Account Manager, Francophone Africa

Account Manager, Francophone Africa. This role drives excellent commercial, product and operational performance of the largest and most strategic money movement partners for North and West Africa, which may include banks, aggregators, mobile wallets, regulators and other third parties. There are two additional dimensions: assisting with new partner onboarding and supporting regulator stakeholder management in key markets.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in strategic partner management with experience in the payments or remittance space and a strong understanding of the payments ecosystem across North and West Africa. In this role the Account Manager works cross‑functionally with product, engineering, legal, marketing, operations, finance and regulatory teams to evolve and manage partnerships.
