Job Description
As an Account Manager you will drive new business and renewals across hospitals, healthcare institutions, medical schools, and universities in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and East Africa. You will promote Elsevier's healthcare solutions portfolio, including ClinicalKey, ClinicalKey AI, Complete Anatomy, and Osmosis, while building strong customer relationships and expanding market presence.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth and secure renewals across the assigned territory.
- Identify, develop, and close opportunities for Elsevier's healthcare solutions.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting.
- Navigate complex B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer success and account growth.
- Travel across the Middle East and Africa as required.
