• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
• Manage contract negotiations and renewals.
• Track key account metrics and analyze performance data.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to enhance client experience.
• Prepare reports on account performance and provide insights for business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or in a similar role.
• Experience in customer service, relationship management, or sales.
