- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage end-to-end execution of BTL campaigns, including activations, events, roadshows,and exhibitions.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors, Event Organizers (EOs), suppliers, and third-party partners to ensure project requirements, timelines, and quality standards are met.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and work plans, and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and provide timely solutions.
- Prepare project proposals, quotations, reports, and presentations for clients.
- Ensure high standards of execution and client satisfaction.
- Support business growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts.
