Purpose of the Position
Reporting to the Vice President of Customer Support, the incumbent is responsible for managing customer accounts, acting as the representative for their portfolio, and serving as the main point of contact between the company and its clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all customer‑related activities (reviews, contract updates and contract knowledge, quotations, orders, delivery reports, etc.)
