Account Manager - Agrochemicals & Crop Solutions (EMEA) (Barcelona)

We are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Account Manager (M/F/D) to join our Care Chemicals business unit in Barcelona, supporting our EMEA Crop Solutions portfolio. You will be the primary point of contact for key Heart/Belly customers – managing and growing strategic accounts while delivering an exceptional end‑to‑end customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer procurement and key decision‑makers to ensure long‑term partnership and satisfaction
• Drive revenue growth by expanding share of wallet through proactive participation in bids and tenders
• Identify and mitigate churn risks, implementing strategic measures to retain and grow accounts
• Lead contract negotiations and manage pricing agreements and overdue accounts
