THE OPPORTUNITY

Following another successful year of growth, we are excited to open applications for our Medialab ‘Launch’ Programme!

‘Launch’ is the entry level point into The Medialab Career Accelerator Programme, our career development framework that maps a successful career in media through three levels of progression, from building your foundations in Launch, to developing as a manager in Lift, and ultimately shaping agency strategy in Lead.

We don’t mind if you are a school leaver or graduate straight out of college or university, if this is your first role, or you come to us with some experience. If you can demonstrate a passion for data, proactivity and drive, we will, in turn, provide you with the platform to kick start your career in Media at a leading and award-winning media agency!
