Objectives & Purpose of Job
The Account Executive is responsible for achieving annual sales objectives within an assigned customer base in the Malaysian market. The role focuses on high-level customer relationship management, sales execution, operational support, and the promotion of a leading portfolio of vision care and eye health products.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through disciplined journey planning and persuasive selling.
- Secure and maintain premium merchandising space and POSM (Point of Sale Materials) in territory outlets.
- Monitor market throughput trends to increase the company's share of spend within assigned accounts.
