Job Description
The Accounts Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, bills, and payment records.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Maintain vendor and customer records.
- Support financial reporting and audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Requirements:
- ACCA, CMA, CA-Inter, or equivalent accounting qualification.
- 1–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
