Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle across a portfolio of nonprofit accounts
- Develop and execute long-term account strategies
- Drive pipeline and close enterprise deals
- Build deep relationships with key stakeholders across nonprofit organisations
- Collaborate with internal Salesforce teams including Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and product specialists
- Maintain strong forecasting discipline and pipeline management
Requirements
- 5 or more years of full-cycle Software as a Service (SaaS) sales experience
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Skilled at building trusted relationships with C-level executives
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Comfortable travelling as required for customer engagement
