Overview
The Account Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day agency efforts on behalf of the client’s product and/or service on assigned accounts. They are primarily responsible for the execution of specific projects or lines of business for the brand. The AE builds rapport and credibility with their client by demonstrating a basic understanding of client positioning and strategy.
They develop strong and positive working relationships with creative, project management, developers, strategy and other agency teams. The AE synchronizes communications between both internal and external stakeholders and is responsible for accurate and thorough documentation: status reports, contact report, timelines and client creative revisions. They take ownership of day-to-day tactics and executions within the agency.
