Account Executive Chapter Lead - Spanish LATAM

About the Role

As a Chapter Lead, you will own functional excellence and people leadership for a regional or super‑regional chapter (Account Executives, Customer Growth, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Business Development, etc.). Reporting to the VP of Revenue, your mission is to ensure world‑class delivery, consistent practices, and strong talent development across squads.

Responsibilities

• Define professional standards, methodologies, and best practices for your chapter.
• Lead the regional people strategy, focusing on hiring, development, retention, and succession planning.
• Manage performance cycles, feedback processes, and improvement plans in collaboration with Squad Leads.
• Own talent decisions including hiring, promotions, salary reviews, and performance actions.
