Account Engagement Manager (Xico) (Valle de Chalco Solidaridad)

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Account Engagement Manager based in Mexico City. The role focuses on enabling SMBs and professional businesses in the region to pay and get paid globally with Payoneer's fast, adaptable, secure, and low‑cost solutions. The Account Engagement Manager will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to build and implement a growth strategy in the region.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a 1-to-many, outbound‑led model, managing a large customer portfolio through automation, lifecycle triggers, and targeted commercial engagement.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of 350 existing client relationships, building long‑term partnerships with top and mid‑tail customers.
