**About this role:**

This position within the In-House Agency ( wellocreative.com ) will support the Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) business by aligning strategy, creative execution, and channel performance. The individual will translate complex business goals into integrated marketing programs that influence advisor and client behavior. This position will lead cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, high-quality campaigns across multiple channels at scale. The individual will also modernize ways of working by embedding data, performance insights, and AI-enabled capabilities into marketing delivery.
