**Position Summary**
Catalent is seeking an **Account Director, Cell & Gene Therapy** to drive new business acquisitions across our Cell & Gene Therapy manufacturing network. This field-based, hunter-focused role is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities with biopharmaceutical companies.
The Account Director will serve as a trusted partner, evaluating customer development and manufacturing needs, positioning Catalent's Cell & Gene Therapy solutions, and leading opportunities from initial engagement through contract execution. Success in this role requires a proactive business development mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate complex outsourcing decisions within the biotech and pharmaceutical industry.
**Location:** Field-Based (Preference for New England Region)
**Shift:** Monday – Friday, First Shift
