Account Associate, Complex Risks - Cyber Practice (Toronto)

About the Role

Our Cyber Practice team is looking for a Commercial Account Associate to support a growing portfolio of Cyber and Specialty Lines clients across Ontario. The role works closely with producers, insurers, and clients to deliver responsive service, support placements, and manage renewals in a rapid‑moving, evolving risk environment. The successful candidate will bring strong commercial insurance fundamentals, excellent attention to detail, and an interest in emerging risks, technology‑focused businesses, and complex client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day servicing of Cyber and Specialty Lines accounts, including renewals, endorsements, certificates, invoicing, and policy documentation.
• Prepare and market submissions for Cyber Liability, Technology EOA, Privacy Liability, and related specialty coverages.
