Job Description

Primary Role:
This position is responsible for supporting the Education Division by providing administration, account management, clerical and customer support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The following is a brief summary of the duties and responsibilities of this position. This is not meant to be all encompassing of the responsibilities of the position:
Preparation of RFPs (requests for proposals) and associated marketing and sales materials
Preparation of renewals for staff
Enrollments and invoicing
Direct engagement with clients to manage accounts
Formation/review of file uploads to carrier sites
Update client contacts and other information as needed within Benefit Point and EPIC
Communicate with clients regarding claims issues/questions regarding primary insurance (domestic and international)
Maintain client filing system
Creation of PowerPoint presentations
