Job Description

Your Role Responsible for the overall management, operation, and maintenance of the workers’ dormitory. This role ensures a safe, clean, compliant, and well-maintained living environment for residents while overseeing accommodation allocation, facilities maintenance, security, housekeeping, and vendor management in accordance with regulatory requirements (e.g. MOM / FEDA or local authority standards).
1. Dormitory Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day dormitory operations to ensure smooth functioning of all services.
Manage check-in and check-out processes, including room allocation and resident registration.
Maintain accurate records of occupancy, resident database, visitor logs, and incident reports.
Ensure compliance with dormitory rules, policies, and government regulations.
2. Facilities & Maintenance Management
Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of all dormitory facilities (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, and building infrastructure)....
