Job Description

The Department of Chemistry is seeking applications for an academic candidate (AC-TAP). The position includes scientific, administrative and teaching tasks at the Department of Chemistry within organic and medicinal chemistry.
The intended start date for this appointment is November 1st 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter. 
Job description
The candidate is expected to contribute to:
Basic maintenance, user training, and management of the Advanced Molecular Analyses Platform (AdMAP) within organic and medicinal chemistry at Dept. of Chemistry. Currently, the facility includes three main instruments: A Bruker 500 MHz NMR spectrometer (incoming), a Bruker 400 MHz spectrometer and a Bruker Impact qTOF LC-MS/MS system. Another LC-MS/MS system is currently being acquired. Additionally, several advanced chromatography systems, such as size exclusion chromatography, are also part of the facility.
