Job Description:

As an Academic Program Specialist I, this individual will engage with partners across the university to highlight the benefits of pharmacy as a career, as well as become the point person that promotes our pipeline programs and Pharm.D. program at UF events. This individual will also assist with academic advisement for pre-health professional students seeking admission to the College of Pharmacy. This position will manage, track and help the Pharmacy Early Assurance Program (PEAP) grow oversees the strategic development, implementation, assessment, and continuous improvement of programs designed to recruit, engage, and retain future Pharm.D. students.

Other responsibilities involve assisting with the recruitment of students, teaching an orientation seminar to UF freshmen, maintaining accurate records for reports and interaction with computer systems established by the University to track and advise students. This position exercises co...
