Position Purpose

Lead and align the educational vision and pedagogical practices across all school divisions, ensuring a cohesive, inquiry-based, bilingual, and internationally minded learning experience for all students. This role focuses on curriculum development, instructional leadership, teacher support and development, and the continuous enhancement of teaching and learning practices.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the development, implementation, and continuous review of the school's curriculum, ensuring both horizontal and vertical alignment across grade levels, divisions, and academic disciplines. Lead curriculum design initiatives and promote best practices in assessment, differentiated instruction, active learning methodologies, Inquiry-Based Learning, and academic data analysis. Provide instructional coaching and ongoing support to teachers to strengthen instructional effectiveness and student learning outcomes.
