Academic Breast Or Gynecologic Pathologist

Position Overview

Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, Division of Diagnostic and Molecular Pathology, Eastern Ontario Regional Laboratory Association (EORLA), The Ottawa Hospital and the University of Ottawa, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

Full‑time academic surgical pathologist position immediately available. Candidates should have fellowship training in breast or gynecologic pathology. Additional expertise in another subspecialty is strongly encouraged.

Successful candidate will join a team of over 40 pathologists representing every subspecialty in anatomical pathology. The division operates a fully subspecialized model, with an annual surgical pathology volume exceeding 120,000 cases and a high proportion of gastrointestinal, gynecologic, and breast specimens. Each pathologist participates in one or two additional subspecialties beyond their primary focus, fostering depth and breadth of expertise.
