Introduction

The company is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Kit Co‑Ordinator for the Vascular Division within the KZN & Bloemfontein Branch, to be Midrand Based.

Duties & Responsibilities

Areas of Responsibility

• Management of Kit inventory for the Vascular Division within the KZN & Bloemfontein Branch;
• Dispatch of kits to various health care facilities;
• Liaise with warehouses to ensure kits are fully stocked with required inventory;
• Reconciliation of usage from kit stock;
• Liaise with both Sales Consultants & Healthcare facilities to ensure orders are obtained for inventory used;
• Monitor and remove expired inventory from kits;
• Update and maintain missing inventory records;
• Update and maintain kit movement records;
• Monthly progress reports to management on missing inventory;
• Ad‑Hoc duties as and when required.
