Join Our Team as an AC Installation Technician
You’ll work in a skilled team installing Acrylicon (MMA) industrial floors.
It’s a hands‑on, physical role where Acrylicon materials cure in approximately two hours, requiring good planning, teamwork and efficiency.
You’ll be trained in all steps: substrate preparation, setting up mixing stations, safe handling, transport and storage of chemicals, mixing, and applying Acrylicon systems to specified thickness, colour, finish and system type.
Strict HSE compliance and effective teamwork with the Site Manager are essential.
Career path: Start as a helper; become an AC Layer within 1–2 years.
With strong results and leadership potential, you may advance to Site Manager (subject to openings) after 2–4 years, and potentially Senior Site Manager over time.
