A/c applications engineer (guerrero)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities Provide technical support for the full Copeland product portfolio (compressors, controls, and accessories) to AC OEMs including but not limited to product selection. Engineering support to new product implementations and engineering changes. Production line support for pilot runs and standard production. Warranty administration. Sample coordination (undefined). Proactively interact with cross‑functional teams including Product Engineering, Customer Service, Quality, Sales, and Operations. Act as a liaison between the customer and Copeland’s product engineering, development team, and lab personnel. Develop application profiles. Customer training and develop, translate or adapt product application bulletins. Represent Copeland at industry forums and conferences. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
