FUNCTION

Reporting to the Planning, Reporting and QA/QC Manager, within the Socioeconomic Development Division, the Above Risk and Quality Assurance Supervisor will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the monitoring, quality assurance and above ground risk management framework supporting the Company's socioeconomic development programmes; the main responsibilities include assisting the socioeconomic development teams in establishing, monitoring and evaluating performance indicators; coordinating the implementation of IT solutions to improve monitoring of field activities; supporting Stakeholder Engagement, Resettlement and Social Investment teams in implementing Above Ground Risk activities and periodic risk assessments; monitoring and reporting above ground risk performance through daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports; implementing the moni...
