What you'll do:

As a Client Transition Advisor, you'll be responsible for product sales support and data entry related to onboarding new clients and account transition of existing clients. Responsible to deliver initial training to our customers on new services. You'll carefully listen and work with the customer to understand the features they need of each product to be able to establish the new service properly and accurately. They must also keep customers, bankers and sales representatives informed of progress throughout the transition process.

Responsible for supporting Operations Manager with onboarding several customers in different stages of the boarding and transition process.
