Job Description
Architectural Drafter
- Working Days: Monday - Friday
- Working Time: 9am to 6pm
- Working Location: Toa Payoh
- Salary: $ 2300 - $ 2500
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Able to read and interpret architectural and structural as-built plans
- Basic knowledge in CP83 and able to prepare submission drawings including plans, sections and elevations
- Basic knowledge in building authority requirements, such as SCDF and BCA
- Past experience in preparing tender drawings, detail drawing is a plus
- Basic knowledge in M&E system, such as automatic fire sprinkler system, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation system (ACMV) are welcome
- Minimum ITE
