Production Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire 5-gallon water bottling and filling process ensuring adherence to strict quality and safety standards.
• Manage and train a team of production operators fostering a high-performance culture focused on efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet daily and weekly output targets without compromising quality.
• Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment operation, sanitation, and product handling.

Sales Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet sales targets and ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor and ensure the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (both volume and value) for each team member.
