Contract: Permanent
Salary: Grade 01 SCP03 to SCP 04 (£24,796 to £25,185 fte)
Hours: 10 hours per week
**This job can be in conjunction with the Caretaker role.
The Headteacher and Governing Body are seeking to appoint a reliable and well-motivated individual
as the school’s cleaner to play a vital role in ensuring our students and staff have a clean, safe, and
welcoming environment in which to learn and work.
Key Responsibilities would be to:
1. Ensure that all cleaning undertaken is to the required standard.
2. Work at all times within the Health and Safety requirements and be aware of the necessary fire
and evacuation procedures.
3. Follow health and safety guidelines when working with any cleaning equipment including COSHH
(Control of Substances Hazardous to Health).
