• Ensure smooth order receiving and processing.
• Handle enquiries from distributors.
• Liaise with forwarders and suppliers on shipment arrangements.
• Handle shipment documentation (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc.) to ensure smooth customs clearance by importers.
• Handle warranty claims, short mispacking reports, and logistics quality problem reports.
• Handle SAP payment of supplier and buyer invoices.
• Prepare monthly reports on KPI results.
