The Role
As a 3rd Line Service Desk Engineer, you’ll act as a senior escalation point for technical issues across a varied client base, taking ownership of complex incidents through to resolution. You’ll be involved in supporting and maintaining cloud, infrastructure, networking and security technologies, while also contributing to projects including migrations, upgrades and new deployments.
