We are on the lookout for an AMAZING Third In Charge to take our store in Riccarton to the next level! This is a part time role, working 33 hours per week over a Tuesday to Saturday roster. You'll be shadowing our Store Manager to develop your leadership skills in store, and will be running the Friday night shift as the leader in store as well.
As 3IC at DECJUBA Riccarton, you’ll support a high-energy floor where scale and standards matter. You’ll back the Store Manager and ASM, coach by example, and help the DREAMTEAM keep service, styling, and standards strong through every shift. It’s a great next step for someone growing their leadership while staying close to the customer experience.
