3D Designer – Architectural & Façade Lighting

Create realistic 3D renderings and lighting visualizations of day and night scenes. Develop concepts, presentations, and animation walkthroughs. Coordinate with design, sales, and project teams. Revise and optimize designs based on project requirements. Support client presentations and project approvals.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in 3D design / architectural visualization.
• Experience in lighting, façade, architecture, or construction industry preferred.
• Proficient in any of D5 Render, 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Lumion, V‑Ray/Corona.
• Strong portfolio of realistic renderings and visualization work.
• Knowledge of architectural and façade lighting is an advantage.
