3D Designer Architectural & Faade Lighting

Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic 3D renderings and lighting visualizations (day & night scenes)
• Develop concepts presentations and animation walkthroughs
• Coordinate with design sales and project teams
• Revise and optimize designs based on project requirements
• Support client presentations and project approvals

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in 3D design / architectural visualization
• Experience in lighting façade architecture or construction industry preferred
• Proficient in any of: D5 Render, 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Lumion, V-Ray/Corona
• Strong portfolio of realistic renderings and visualization work
• Knowledge of architectural and façade lighting is an advantage

Preferred

• Experience in LED façade lighting wall washer neon flex and lighting animation
