2nd Year Service Electrician

Pay: CA$21.27 per hour

2nd to Year Service Apprentice Electrician in Nanaimo, BC and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Conduit bending
• Reading and interpreting drawings and schematics
• Drilling and cable‑pulling
• Punctual and reliable presence on worksites
• Follow safety programs and policies, wear appropriate PPE, and attend safety training as required
• Present a positive, can‑do attitude in the workplace and with our clients
• Cutting in and splicing switches/receptacles/lights
• Use of standard construction power tools

Qualifications

Must be able to be registered as an apprentice through SkilledTrades BC.

• Electrical field experience is required
• Commercial/residential construction experience an asset
• Basic hand tools and cordless power tools
