**Job Title: 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will work from 1pm to 9pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. The work pace is slower, as you will be the sole maintenance technician on the shift, overseeing 12 operators. Initial training will be conducted during the first shift for 3-4 weeks. This role offers competitive pay with a shift premium.
**Responsibilities**
+ Utilize work orders and machine specification papers to identify machines and equipment requiring repair or maintenance.
+ Operate forklift to move necessary materials for work completion.
+ Troubleshoot equipment issues and decide on the best maintenance and repair methods, whether in-house or outsourced.
+ Inspect and test damaged machine parts, marking defective areas or advising supervisors of repair needs.
