Job Description

Overview
The 2nd Assistant Superintendent reports to the Superintendent and works under that position’s direction to help manage all aspects of golf course maintenance and other landscaping facilities on property. The role supports a positive experience for members and guests while providing an opportunity to grow knowledge of golf club operations.
Assists in carrying out golf maintenance department policies.
Supports delegation of work assignments and evaluation of job performance in the golf course maintenance department.
Requires knowledge of agronomics, fertilizer and chemical applications, and operation of sprayers and spreaders.

Experience Required
Able to communicate politely and professionally with guests, members, customers, and fellow staff members.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Enrolled in a degree in Golf Management or Agronomy, or 5 or more years of related experience and/or traini...
